Delivery Terms and Conditions
1. The below mentioned delivery rates are for all standard delivery of orders. Orders that include items such as Plastic Tableware, Table Cloth Rolls and Pinatas may incur extra postage fees. This is due to the weight and large size of these products. When an order contains an excess amount of these products over the normal average we will contact you with a freight quote for your approval prior to shipment.
2. Discount Party Warehouse reserves the right to select the method of shipment (express or regular) and the courier.

Discount Party Warehouse now deliver ANYWHERE IN AUSTRALIA. If you live in another country and would like to make an order, please call us on +61 2 9647 2151 to make special arrangements.
Delivery Prices
Below are the available options open to all our online customers, including:
- New South Wales and ACT - This option allows delivery to be made anywhere in NSW including ACT. Please allow approximately 3-4 working days to receive your order.
Total Cost - $15* per order.
- Victoria - This option allows delivery to be made anywhere in Victoria. Please allow approximately 3-7 working days to receive your order.
Total Cost - $15* per order.
- Gold Coast, Brisbane Metropolitan & Sunshine Coast - This option allows delivery to be made anywhere in the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Brisbane metropolitan areas. The Gold Coast area is between Tweed Heads and Sanctuary Cove including Southport. The Brisbane metropolitan area also includes Caboolture. The Sunshine Coast area includes the area from Caloundra, north to Noosa Heads, west to Mapleton, south to Maleny and back east to Caloundra. This area also includes Maroochydore and Nambour. Please allow approximately 3-4 working days to receive your order.
Total Cost - $15* per order.
- All other Queensland - This option allows delivery to be made anywhere in Queensland excluding the Gold Coast, Brisbane Metropolitan & Sunshine Coast areas. Please allow approximately 3-7 working days to receive your order.
Total Cost - $20* per order.
- Adelaide Metropolitan - This option allows delivery to be made anywhere in the Adelaide metropolitan area. The Adelaide metropolitan area also spans to include Gawley. Please allow approximately 3-4 working days to receive your order.
Total Cost - $15* per order.
- All Other South Australia - This option allows delivery to be made anywhere in South Australia excluding the Adelaide Metropolitan area. Please allow approximately 3-7 working days to receive your order.
Total Cost - $20* per order.
- Northern Territory, Western Australia & Tasmania - This option allows delivery to be made anywhere in Northern Territory, Western Australia & Tasmania. Please allow approximately 5-10 working days to receive your order.
Total Cost - $25* per order.
* Please note that all prices are based on up to 10kg volume/weight parcels. If an order exceeds this you will be notified immediately as prices may vary. Excludes helium balloon delivery and decorator services - Please contact us for delivery prices where these products and services are involved
