The Discount Party Warehouse online store accepts PayPal, Visa, Mastercard & Amex credit card payments. In store we accept major cash and major credit cards.
Q. Can I pay for my order upon delivery?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer payment upon delivery, as our couriers are not equipped to receive payments. As such full payment is required before your order is dispatched.
Q. If I purchase a Discount Party Warehouse product, will I be supplied with a Tax Invoice?
The Order Confirmation email that you receive when you make an order is a valid Australian Tax Invoice. If you have lost your invoice we will be happy to email you a new one. Simply email our sales team on firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
Q. Is it safe to make credit card payments online?
TheDiscount Party Warehouse website uses SSL Encryption and all payments made on the Discount Party Warehouse website are processed by the eWay Payment Gateway which is highly reliable and secure. We also offer PayPal as a payment method which is highly secure.
Q. Is local pickup an option?
For our Sydney customers, we offer a click and collect option so you can pick up from our famous Lidcombe Party Store. Please be aware of the following:
- Please allow up to 48 business hours for your order to be ready.
- An SMS notification will be sent when your order is ready for collection.
- Photo ID or proof of your order notification will be required at pick up.

Q. Can my item be delivered to a PO Box?
Yes. All deliveries are sent via Australia Post eParcel and can easily be delivered to PO Boxes.
Q. Does someone need to be home to accept delivery?
It is necessary for someone to be available to accept delivery as we use Australia Post who requires a signature as proof of receipt. For your convenience, we recommend having your order sent to your work address if being at home during business hours is not an option.
Q. Does your postage fee include insurance?
Yes, freight costs include full insurance.
Q. How do I track the progress of my delivery?
By close of business on the day your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us with full tracking details and information so that you can monitor your order online and in real time.

Typical delivery times expected are:
- Melbourne - Approximately 1-3 business days
- Sydney, Adelaide - Approximately 2-5 business days
- Brisbane, Perth - Approximately 3-7 business days
For all areas outside these metro locations please allow up to 8-10 business days.

Q. How much is delivery?
We offer Free Shipping for orders over $100, and a low-cost flat rate of just $10 on all other orders. All orders deliver via standard Australia Post.
Q. When will my order be dispatched?
Dispatches occur Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
Q. What are your warranty terms and conditions?
Discount Party Warehouse warrants all goods for a period of 12 months under normal usage, to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Discount Party Warehouse liability under this warranty is to repair or replace (at its discretion) any part or product covered by this (or any implied) warranty free of charge. This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear;
- Damage arising from abnormal use, or abuse;
- Products which have not been maintained, or which have been modified;
- Any indirect or consequential loss.
This warranty applies only to the original purchase. Proof of purchase is required. All works carried out by a party under instructions from Discount Party Warehouse will be covered by the 12 month warranty on workmanship and repair. If the workmanship of the repair is deemed by Discount Party Warehouse to be faulty a new item will be provided. All other warranties, express or implied, are excluded.
