Delivery Policy and Cost
All orders are processed same business day! Depending on your location, you may be eligible for Same Day Delivery within the greater Sydney area if your order is placed before 2pm.

All orders are sent via Australian Post or Mail Call depending on delivery location. The minimum transit time for standard delivery is different for each state.

We do our best to ensure all orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner, however delivery times are not guaranteed.

We offer delivery Australia wide but not internationally.

Typically parcels are delivered during business hours so if you are not expecting to be home during these hours, we suggest you to provide your work address as the delivery address.

In case, you are not at home to receive your parcel, a note will be left in your mailbox for you to collect your parcel from local post office.

For all orders under 2.5 kg we offer a flat rate delivery charge of $9.99. Orders over 2.5kg may incur additional delivery charges.

Prices quoted are in Australian Dollars. Prices are for online sales only and may vary in our shops at Lidcombe and Campbelltown.

Business Terms & Conditions
Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email for your order. If any items are out of stock you will be notified at the earliest and given the option of an alternative product, refund or delayed delivery (back order). You will be provided a tax invoice for your order.

You the customer, hereby indemnify us against all claims, actions, suits, demands or costs made on or against us by any person arising from the provision of any goods and materials supplied by us.

Privacy Policy
We recognize the importance of the information that you provide to us. We will never share information that we gather from you without your consent and will comply with the Privacy Act of 1988.

We may contact you to update you on our website changes, to notify of promotions and any offers that may be of interest to you. We also use information to process your orders that you place with us.

Sharing information with Third Party

We never share Information collected from you to third party unless its required to process your orders. For example, your address will be shared with the courier company for delivery – in this case your information is always treated as confidential.

How to opt out from receiving newsletters or other promotions from us?

We will contact you only if you want us to. If you decide not to receive newsletters or emails from us please let us know and we will remove you from our mailing list.

Refund & Returns Policy

At Discount Party Warehouse we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.

Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as refunds or exchanges are not provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If any goods arrive damaged or are found to be faulty, please contact our Sales Team within 48 hours. Discount Party Warehouse will arrange to have the damaged/faulty goods returned to a Discount Party Warehouse Store and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you once the damaged/faulty goods have been received and deemed to have been damaged in transit or faulty. Damaged/faulty goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.

Refunds will be made by Discount Party Warehouse via the method of payment you used to make your online purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) days of the damaged/faulty goods being returned.

Delivery Charges
Where Discount Party Warehouse considers the goods to have breached a consumer guarantee, any shipping costs to return the goods to Discount Party Warehouse will be refunded.
